Payments can be made either by PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit, details of which are provided on the invoice sent upon completion of the project, and the document is returned to the client once payment has been received.

Yes, ESL papers usually take longer to edit, and this will depend on the stage of the draft (i.e. whether or not the paper has been previously checked by an academic supervisor). For this reason you will need to submit sample pages for an accurate quotation.
Generally around 7-10 days for an MA thesis and 14 days for a PhD dissertation.
The turnaround time for smaller jobs, such as brochures and menus, can be as little as 24 hours. Or, around 1-3 days for a 2,000-word essay for example.

Editing is done digitally on a Word document using the Track Changes function. This is the most expedient and thorough method, as there is scope for comments and suggestions.
Yes you can. You can email or mail the document and the fully marked-up hard copy will be scanned and emailed back to you; larger documents will be returned by post or courier. Printing and postage costs will be added to your invoice.
Yes, this is called localisation. It is common for clients to request Australian and/or British English to be adapted for American markets, and vice versa. Other lexical variants of English, including Canadian, South African and New Zealand, can be adapted. Localisation not only involves word spellings, but word usage as well. For instance, the words garden and yard have opposite meanings in Canada and North America.
